Large Flat Ceramic Serving Bowl – Hand Painted Mackerel Design
This large flat ceramic serving bowl is handmade in Cork, Ireland, and hand painted by ceramic artist Charlie Mahon with his signature Mackerel fish design, inspired by the Irish coastline.
Shaped from white earthenware clay and painted by hand using glazes, every piece of this Irish pottery is unique. The wide, shallow bowl shape makes it ideal for family servings: use it as a pasta bowl, salad bowl, or sharing dish for seafood, roast vegetables or fruit. Between meals, it’s a striking display piece for a dresser or shelf.
A handmade Irish gift for weddings, housewarmings and anniversaries, and a lovely present for anyone who loves the sea.

As every piece of pottery is handmade and hand painted, no piece is perfect and there may be small imperfections that do not alter its use. We advise hand washing in warm soapy water but my wife insists on using the dishwasher to great success! Can be used in the microwave.
